Web/UI Designer (full-time or 20+ hours part-time)

Description:Responsible for
Working with product management to design all aspects of the Going.com http://going.com/
Web site and related widgets and apps
User-centric design emphasizing ease of use, simplicity, and fun Providing strong creative, conceptual and visual skills Ensuring design consistency across site, e.g. by maintaining style guides Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, BFA or equivalent with a concentration in visual communication, digital arts or design
A strong sense of visual style with exceptional design, color, and interaction skills
3+ years experience in Web design, 2+ with interactive consumer sites, experience with social networking or Web 2.0 sites a plus Expert knowledge of Photoshop, familiarity with CSS, knowledge of Flash a plus Ability to show strong initiative, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
Solid work ethic and team player attitude
