Able to quickly create high-fidelity prototypes and iterate towards production-level quality
Qualifications:

3-5 years of interaction design work, focusing on user interfaces and user experience for web-based business applications
An obsession with detail and analytical approach when it comes to UI. You must have ease of use and user-centric design in mind at all times
Experience building tested, robust, easy to use interfaces on top of complex systems and data
Expert knowledge of presentation layer technologies including standards compliant HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX, in addition to design tools, especially Photoshop
Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for dynamic .NET and AJAX-based web 2.0 applications
Experience with .NET and VisualStudio is a strong plus
Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) is a plus
