Product Design/Product Management Intern

The Product Management team at Kenexa in Waltham encompasses product design, product management, and product marketing for the Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing product line. We are looking to hire one or more interns.

Depending on the intern's area of interest, as well as our specific needs at the time, an intern would have the opportunity to participate in activities such as

> Gathering product and design requirements
> Eliciting feedback from users, via surveys, interviews, onsite visits, etc.
> Researching market trends and conducting competitive analyses
> Defining business rules for implementation
> Participating in design specification brainstorming and review sessions with software engineering and QA
> Writing functional specifications
> Designing user interfaces
> Creating low to mid-fidelity mockups and wireframes
> Coordinating and conducting internal and external usability testing

-Qualifications-

> Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related degree program.
> Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
> Ability to anticipate problems and issues and proactively drive their resolution.
> Excellent writer, listener, facilitator, communicator, and team player.
> Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize complex systems.

Wages and number of hours are negotiable.
